Corporate Gifting Bags: Why Custom Branded Bags Are the Smartest Choice for Your Company

Every festive season, companies search for gifts that clients and employees will actually keep using. Mugs and diaries often end up in a drawer. A well-made, branded bag goes with your recipient to the office, on trips and on weekends, and your logo goes with it.

At FIDO Global Pvt Ltd, a bag manufacturer in Bangalore, we make custom corporate gifting bags for companies, IT firms, event agencies and gifting partners across India. Here is why bags work so well as corporate gifts, and how to order them the right way.

Why Bags Make Great Corporate Gifts

1. They get used every day. A laptop bag or backpack is part of a professional’s daily routine. Your brand stays visible every time it is carried.

2. They suit every occasion. Bags work for client gifting, festive hampers, employee recognition, conferences and new joiner kits.

3. They look premium at a sensible cost. Because you buy in bulk directly from a manufacturer, you get wholesale pricing without giving up quality.

Types of Corporate Bags You Can Order

Corporate Gifting Bags

Branded bags for clients, partners and festive gifting. Professional designs that suit both office and travel use.

Laptop Bags and Backpacks for IT Employees

Padded compartments, water-resistant fabric and comfortable straps make these the top choice for IT companies and tech teams.

Welcome Kit Bags for New Joiners

Give new employees a great first impression with a branded bag as the centrepiece of your onboarding kit.

Event and Conference Bags

Lightweight, durable bags for trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and promotional campaigns, with your event logo and colours.

Custom and Premium Bags

Want a unique design? We make custom bags in your choice of shape, size, material and finish, including premium bags for senior clients and executives.

We also manufacture school bags, travel bags and handbags for institutions and retail brands.

Branding Options That Make Your Gift Stand Out

  • Logo printing and embroidery on the bag
  • Your brand colours matched to your identity
  • Custom packaging so the gift arrives ready to present
  • Sample approval before production, so you see the quality before the bulk order begins

Tip: keep the logo clean and well placed. People happily use a bag with a tasteful logo, while an oversized one often stays in the cupboard.

Why Companies Choose FIDO Global

  • In-house manufacturing and a skilled design team
  • Annual capacity of 5,75,000+ units, so large orders are no problem
  • Wholesale pricing for bulk orders

How to Place a Bulk Corporate Bag Order

  1. Share your requirement: bag type, quantity, budget and occasion
  2. Send your logo (vector files like AI or PDF work best)
  3. Approve the sample before production starts
  4. Confirm packaging and delivery date, especially before Diwali and year-end
  5. Receive your order at your office or at multiple locations

Order a few weeks before the festive rush so there is time for sampling and delivery.
